Hat Design

For your hat our goal is to have a great design that promotes your project and we are proud to have manufactured.  Hats are created with an industrial embroidery machine and we will have to convert your logo into a digitized format.

• Logos can be up to 2 inches high and 5 inches wide.
• Use a scale of 1000 pixels per inch, but also please indicate your intended size in inches.
  • For a 2 inch by 2 inch logo the image should be 2,000 x 2,000
  • For a 2 inch by 5 inch logo the image should be 2,000 x 5,000
• We require the design image to be a png so that it can also support transparency.
• If you would like the hat color to be visible through the design use transparency for the region.
• The embroidery process only supports discrete colors so complex gradients are difficult.  We can blend colors but a true gradient is not possible.
• Limit the design to 6 colors or fewer.  We can support up to 11 colors but it increases production cost and time so we will have to adjust the cost.
• Depending on the design we may be able to do a 3D version.  If you want us to explore a 3D design check the 3D design box.
• In addition to the design on the front of the hat we can add text or a small graphic on the left side.  If you would like something on the left side of the hat include it in the design notes.
